Team-Building in a Division of a Large Corporation
Situation
We were contacted by a division of a large American company to help them develop a greater level of teamwork and improved problem solving amongst division management.
Intervention
We worked with senior division management to clearly articulate their desired business outcomes. We then developed a predictive scenario serious game for the division leadership. Managers played over the course of half a day, followed by a debriefing and subsequent breakout sessions.
Results
Managers developed a greater degree of understanding and appreciation for their own and each other’s personal styles. Cross-team and cross-departmental cooperation increased, leading to greater innovation and reduced failure work.
